CAMO Unscrambler for Multivariate Model Development

Guided Wave spectrophotometers often rely upon multivariate models developed with CAMO's Unscrambler© software.

Discover relationships in your spectroscopic data

The Unscrambler is extensively used in industry and research for:

  • Exploratory statistics
  • Regression analysis
  • Classification
  • Prediction of concentrations
  • Design of experiments

The analysis methods include:

  • Descriptive statistics (mean, standard deviation, skewness, kertosis)
  • Principal Component Analysis (PCA)
  • Multiple Curve Resolution (MCR)
  • Regression (MLR, PCR, PLS-R, 3-way PLS-R) and Prediction
  • Classification (SIMCA, PLS-DA)
  • ANOVA and Response Surface ANOVA
  • Validation options: Leverage correction, cross validation
  • Variable scaling options
  • Interaction and square terms can be included in all models
  • Data pre-treatment (e.g. smoothing, baseline offsets)
  • Graphical displays
  • Outlier detection

Unscrambler is compliant with 21CFR11 for pharmaceutical applications. It is designed to interact with other software, such as drag-n-drop with Microsoft© Excel©.
